Sooner or Later, Every Kid Gets Assertive

A young girl stares at her phone.
A few strategies to help unlock horns with your kids.

One of the BEST Things I’ve Ever Done!

A father hugs his daughter at the dinner table.
Going sober for 100 days taught me things I couldn’t have imagined.

This was something I saw going around the Internet a while back. I figured I’d give it a shot, just to see if I could muster the discipline to go 100 days without alcohol. My biggest realization was how much the cost-benefit analysis tipped in favour of skipping the booze altogether!

Thanks Rob!

Here’s a small piece that tells the story of changing attitudes when it comes to treating people with cancer.
